XY Stages

Griffin Motion XY stages are designed to provide 2-axis motion with excellent levels of orthogonality, flatness and straightness, all in a compact package. Our XY stages are available with versatile ball screw drives as well as ironless linear motor drives for high speed scanning applications. Braking mechanisms can be added to most ball screw driven stages for added safety while operating in a vertical orientation. Different levels of accuracy and resolution are offered to ensure that your precision needs are met at the most effective price point. Error mapping of stages can be implemented to improve the accuracy of most stages for demanding applications.
